Yoga with Abby
Abby Staten teaches in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and is certified as a teacher and therapist by Gary Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga Institute. Viniyoga (prefixes vi and ni plus yoga) is an ancient Sanskrit term that implies differentiation,adaptation, and appropriate application. Viniyoga refers to an approach to yoga that adapts the various means and methods of practice to the unique composition, needs and interests of each individual or group class.
